A bright red berry, Acerola contains the most potent source of natural vitamin C and bioflavanoids. Because the body does not store vitamin C, it must be replenished on a daily basis. The human body does not produce bioflavanoids, so they too must be supplied by the diet. Bioflavanoids work synergistically with vitamin C to protect and preserve the structure of capillary blood vessels. They help to promote circulation as well as stimulate bile production in the liver. The Acerola Berry is also very useful in the colon where it helps to balance the PH levels to allow for proper colon function.
One of nature’s richest mineral foods, Alfalfa is also a great source
of chlorophyll which acts as a body cleanser and a natural
deodorizer. Alfalfa Grass roots go down as much as 125 feet into the earth
thereby absorbing rare trace minerals that most plants do not have an opportunity
to absorb. Alfalfa contains potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus,
8 essential amino acids, and all known vitamins! Because these minerals
are in a balanced form & very alkaline, they have a neutralizing effect
on the intestinal tract. Alfalfa is high in fiber, allowing it to bind
to and neutralize substances that could be harmful
to the colon.
ALPHA-LIPOIC
ACID
An extremely powerful antioxidant that is both water and fat soluble
which means it can go anywhere in the body. Helps the body to burn sugar,
protects against nerve and eye lens damage from free radicals and is mostly
found in red meat. Alpha-Lipoic Acid must be supplemented to the diet if
red meat consumption is low.
This fiber which also contains apple pectin, is a great source of both soluble and insoluble fibers. They help to cleanse the intestinal tract by gently sweeping the colon clean of compacted, putrefying, waste materials, helping to eliminate excess cholesterol & dietary toxins. Apple Fiber contains soft bulking agents which binds with bile acids and helps to normalize bowel transit time and regularity. Apple Fiber also helps to block absorption of toxic heavy metals and dietary carcinogens that get into the food chain and eventually the body. It helps to slow down the rate by which foods pass through the intestines, which allows for better nutrient absorption. This process ultimately helps to stabilize blood sugar levels.
Known to be one of the most potent herbs used to enhance the natural
defense mechanism in the body; Astragalus dates back to over 2000 years!
It has commonly been used for centuries by the Chinese as a tonic herb
to increase “Ch’i” or “energy” in order to combat fatigue. Astragalus helps
aid adrenal gland function, digestion, protect the body against harmful
radiation, promote healing, and strengthen the body’s resistance to dis-ease
(not at
“ease”). Astragalus is one of nature’s most powerful adaptogens.
This herb is a powerful lipotropic which helps to mobilize fat stores in the body as well as helping to prevent the accumulation of fat in an organ and aid in the detoxification of metabolic wastes and other toxins. Barberry helps to stimulate bile flow enhancing liver function as well as reducing the fat stored there. It helps to stimulate internal movement, reduces bronchial constriction, and keeps the blood free of wastes and toxins.
One of the most ancient cultivated foods; Barley Grass has been a staple human food for thousands of years! It is so rich in nutrients that it contains 30 times more Vitamin B1 than milk, 7 times more Vitamin C than oranges, 5 times more iron than spinach, as well as containing large amounts of beta carotene, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. It is a very alkaline food, which is quite neutralizing to the system. It is rich in natural enzymes especially S.O.D., which is an antioxidant enzyme that protects cells from free radicals. Barley Grass provides generous amounts of natural chlorophyll which has a purifying effect on the body enabling it to eliminate toxins that could lead to dis-ease (not at “ease”).
Being a complete miracle food from nature, Bee Pollen is 35% protein,
contains 18 minerals, 16 vitamins, 19 enzymes & co-enzymes, high amounts
of S.O.D.(super oxide dismutase) which is an antioxidant enzyme that protects
cells from free radicals which are single or groups of atoms that can cause
damage to cells, impair the immune system, and lead to infections and dis-ease
(not at “ease”). Free radicals can come from radiation, toxic
chemicals, over exposure to the sun, metabolism of stored fat, stress,
smoking, etc. Bee Pollen helps to promote overall healing and increase
energy.
Being one of the best known plant sources of easily assimilated iron,
Beets also contain generous amounts of vitamins A, B, C, as well as sodium,
potassium, calcium, choline, phosphorus, and fiber. They help to facilitate
digestion, stimulate the peristaltic activity of the bowels, and strengthen
other organs such as the spleen, liver, gall bladder, and
kidneys. By helping to stimulate the lymphatic system as well, beets
help to rebuild
and tone the liver.

Comes from a branching tree in India, the purified compound has been used in India for the treatment of chronic inflammatory arthritis. The boswellic acid in the tree called titerpenoids help to shrink inflamed tissues.
A major source of sulforaphane, a sulfur containing phytochemicals,
(protective food factors which come from a variety of plant sources and
have been found to have powerful benefits) helps to stimulate the production
of enzymes which helps to detoxify the body and which act as a guard against
toxic chemicals, carcinogens, and mutagens, which may
induce chronic dis-ease (not at “ease”).
A natural digestive enzyme that comes from pineapple, helps to break down nutrients for better digestion and absorption. (Remember the product “Bromo-Seltzer”?) Well where do you think they got that name from?
Although a native of Europe, Burdock grows abundantly in the United States. Burdock helps to cleanse and eliminate impurities from the blood, helps to stimulate the immune system, and is also nature’s natural diuretic which can be very soothing to the kidneys.
Carnitine is an amino acid which transports fatty acids across the cell
membrane into the mitochondria where they are burned for energy. Carnitine
also helps to remove waste products in the mitochondria. Carnitine is manufactured
in the liver and kidneys. It works to control increases in body fat stores
by converting nutrients into energy. It increases the
rate of oxidation of fats in the liver, which helps to increase HDL
(good cholesterol) while decreasing LDL (bad cholesterol). Carnitine actually
helps to “shuttle” fat to where it can be burned for energy. Carnitine
can help affect athletic performance, energy levels, as well as the motility
of sperm in a positive way.
Carob is an extract from the bean pods of the Carob tree. For centuries it has been termed “St. Johns Bread” because it was believed to have sustained John the Baptist in the wilderness. Carob is very rich in many vitamins and minerals; especially calcium. It is an alkaline food and is quite flavorful.
A major source of carotenoids, which are protective food components;
Carrots
contain potent antioxidant activity levels. Carrots are high in beta-carotene
which is needed for tissue maintenance and repair. It is also important
in the formation of bones and teeth.
Cascara Sagrada comes from the bark of a Western American Tree. The bark is stripped in spring and summer and then left to age for a few years. The early Spanish priests of California called it their “sacred bark”. Cascara Sagrada helps to encourage peristalsis; tone relaxed muscles of the digestive system, and cleanses the colon.
This woody vine which comes from the amazon rain forest has been shown to help reduce swelling and inflammation of the joints. Peruvians have used this for generations.
Also referred to as Capsicum, Cayenne comes from the pods of red chili peppers. It helps to increase the power of other herbs when taken together. Cayenne helps to improve digestion by stimulating the production of gastric juices. It helps to regulate blood flow, equalize circulation, and strengthen the heart, arteries, capillaries, and nerves. It is a wonderful general “circulatory system tonic.” Cayenne is high in vitamins A & C, as well as iron, calcium, and potassium.

the activity of compounds which initiate dis-ease (not at
“ease”).
*CITRINÒ K (garcinia cambogia)
This particular type is a potassium salt of hydroxycitric acid as opposed
to a calcium salt, and is totally water soluble. This “K Factor” plays
a major role in maintaining the body’s fluid balance and heart rate. Potassium
also helps to assist in muscle contractions (which is why a lack of it
is usually linked to muscle cramps). It also helps to regulate the transfer
of nutrients to cells, such as oxygen to the brain and calcium to the nerves.
Along with sodium,
potassium helps to regulate the water balance in the body. A pumpkin
shaped fruit also known as the fruit of the Malabor Tamarind, garcinia
cambogia has been used in India for centuries as a filling spice in curries.
The rind of this fruit contains high levels of (-) HCA, Hydroxycitric Acid.
With over 15 years of research and study; Hoffman LaRoche the large pharmaceutical
giant, found it acted as an aid to weight loss by enhancing calorie burning,
inhibiting fat and cholesterol accumulation, and controlling the appetite
resulting in a reduced food intake. Garcinia cambogia does all of these
things with no negative effect on the nervous system. It is being used
widely in many diet weight loss products today.
Being a very ancient single cell algae, Chlorella was the earth’s first green plant and the first link in the food chain. Each cell of this plant is self sufficient and capable of life sustaining functions. Chlorella is 60% protein and contains 8 essential amino acids, and more chlorophyll per gram than any other plant in nature! Chlorella is usually “cracked cell” so as to make it very bioavailable. In just one tablespoon it provides 300% of the RDA for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C, and is quite rich in beta carotene! Due to it’s rapid growth, and the abundance of nutrients, Chlorella offers many benefits; protection against toxic pollutants, pesticides, drug chemicals, and atmospheric radiation; power lines, microwaves, computers, & television.
A rich source of beta-sitosterols which are fatty alcohols which cannot be absorbed by the body. In the intestines, they combine with secreted cholesterol, form a crystalline matrix, and are then lost in the feces.
A hydrolyzed collagen which supplies amino acid raw materials needed to repair collagen and help manufacture chondrocytes. (Cells which manufacture chondrin, which is used to build cartilage).
A wonderful mineral that helps the body utilize insulin properly resulting in stabilized blood sugar levels. It is difficult to get the proper chromium in the diet due to the lack of it in the soil and water supply as well as diets that tend to be high in white flour and sugar. Chromium Picolinate improves the absorption of glucose into the cells making it more useful for energy. It also helps to increase lean tissue in the body promoting growth of lean muscle, and helps to normalize fat storage by improving utilization for energy.
Because it is very similar to the structure of vitamin E, CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant/vitamin found in human tissue. It plays an important role in the effectiveness of the immune system and the aging process. CoQ10 helps to improve the efficiency of energy production while helping to boost existing immune cell capacities. A deficiency in this powerful nutrient may cause health problems. Sardines, salmon, and mackerel, are the best food sources of this amazing nutrient.
Naturally found in red muscle tissue, creatine helps ATP (adenosine triphosphate, the muscles major energy source) to actually recycle itself. Both during and after workouts creatine has been shown to help optimize energy turnover in the muscle tissue resulting in more energy during intense exercise, and faster recovery.
Dandelion is very high in iron, calcium, and potassium. It also helps to cleanse the blood stream, remove excess fluids, promote digestive regularity, and improve the function of the pancreas, spleen, kidneys, and bladder. Dandelion helps to stimulate bile production, which in turn helps with overall liver function.
Essential for maintaining proper functions of the body as well as repairing tissues and digesting foods, enzymes are found in all living matter, life could not be sustained without them. Raw foods supply live enzymes to the body while cooked foods have none. Even though the body manufactures enzymes for digestion, quite often an adequate supply of enzymes for metabolic processes may be lacking. Supplementing the diet with enzymes could be beneficial. The enzyme Amylase is found in saliva and breaks down carbohydrates. Protease is found in stomach juices and helps to break down proteins. Lipase helps to digest fat. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme that works on proteins while Papain breaks them down into even smaller components. Enzymes can come from plant based sources as well as animal sources.
This biologically active plant, also known as “Coneflower”, is native to the United States and was once used by the Indians of the Central Plains. Due to it’s spine-like appearance, it was named “Echinacea” by German botanist Conrad Moench in 1774. Echinacea comes from “Echinos”, the Greek word for sea urchin. By the 1800’s Echinacea was extremely powerful in strengthening the immune and lymphatic systems in the body.
Once used by ancient Greeks and Egyptians, Fenugreek dates back 1000 years. By being both an emollient and a demulcent, it has been found to help reduce blood glucose levels, lubricate the stomach, and soothe mucous membranes.
This has been shown to be helpful in reducing inflammation and pain.
An excellent source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids or E.F.A.’s. These fats must be supplemented by the diet because the body does not manufacture them. E.F.A.’s are found in high concentrates in the brain, and are necessary for normal brain function. The most essential of the E.F.A.’s is linoleic acid, which flax is high in. Flax is also rich in the B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, potassium, and fiber; both soluble and insoluble. This helps to keep cholesterol low and remove toxins and heavy metals from the body. Natural food sources of Omega 3 include; salmon, mackerel, herring, and sardines.
Known to be a brain food, Folic Acid is essential in the body for production of energy and red blood cell formation. It also helps regulate fetal development of nerve cells which is needed for proper growth and development. Folic Acid helps reduce levels of homocysteine (an amino acid) in the body. It is now known that homocysteine levels tend to increase with age and that these high levels contribute to the breakdown of arterial walls which can lead to heart dis-ease (not at “ease”).
The Chinese name for this herb is Ho-Sho-Wu, and it is one of the Chinese main herbal tonics. Fo Ti is second only to Ginseng in traditional Chinese usage. Fo Ti helps to rejuvenate the endocrine gland, which in turn helps to strengthen the body and enhance the immune system.
A preferred food source for friendly intestinal bacteria, FOS comes primarily from; Jerusalem artichokes, asparagus, and soybeans. FOS acts as a strong synergist for the implantation and growth of friendly bacteria. FOS is a plant sugar which is non-digestible to humans. FOS passes through the digestive system unchanged until they reach the large intestine. FOS is also a top rate blood sugar regulator.
Ginger helps in absorbing toxins, cleansing the body, and aids in digestion (helps to remove gas from the intestinal tract). Ginger helps to alleviate nausea and also aids in the utilization of other herbs.
This ancient wonder herb has been used in Chinese practices for over 3000 years. It comes from the oldest living tree that can survive for thousands of years! Gingko Biloba helps to stimulate cerebral circulation and oxygenation that results in increased clarity, alertness, memory, and overall brain function. Found in every living cell, with the highest concentration found in
the brain, heart, liver, and kidneys; Lecithin is primarily an emulsifier
and a brain tonic. The brain is actually 30% Lecithin in dry composition!
As an emulsifier, Lecithin in the bloodstream helps prevent
cholesterol from accumulating on the walls of the arteries, and helps
to dissolve deposits that already exist. Lecithin is a bi-polar molecule,
one that contains fatty acids on one end attracting oil, while the other
end contains phosphorus and nitrogen to attract water. It has the ability
to keep fat like particles in a clear solution while they journey through
the arteries (a water environment) so they are unable to form dangerous
deposits on the walls of blood vessels. Lecithin also helps to metabolize
fat (especially clogging fat) in the liver and remove fatty liver deposits
which in turn lessens the chance of liver degeneration. Lecithin helps
to promote a healthier liver and a more youthful metabolic process. In
the intestinal tract, Lecithin helps with the absorption of fat soluble
nutrients such as Vitamins A, D, E, and K. As a brain tonic, Lecithin provides
choline which has a prompt effect on the ability of the brain to make an
important chemical for nerve signal transmission which is called acetylcholine.
This in turn is able to cross the blood-brain barrier that has a positive
effect on the production of chemical signals in the brain. The result is
improved memory, thinking ability, and muscle control. In addition to these,
the acetylcholine also helps to stimulate peristaltic movement in the colon
that aids colon function.
A popular herb used by the ancient Greeks, Licorice is one of the most widely used plants in the world. It helps to enhance microcirculation in the lining of the gastrointestinal tract. Licorice also helps to cleanse the colon, maintain proper blood sugar balance, balance hormone levels, and fight fatigue by having a positive effect on adrenal gland function. Licorice’s phytochemical qualities keep cancer cells from dividing.
A wonderful amino acid, Lysine helps to improve concentration and mental alertness. It utilizes fatty acids required in energy production, making it easier to burn fat and build muscle protein. Lysine helps to repair tissue, maintain nitrogen balance, help calcium absorption, and is the essential building block for all protein.

With both the United States and Japan doing numerous studies and extensive research, this food has been found to contain a number of healthful properties! Studies have shown this mushroom to be more powerful than any other in regard to immune system enhancement. Maitake aids in lowering blood pressure, as well as inhibiting the escalation of blood glucose levels.
This amino acid helps to assist in the breakdown of fats, as well as preventing fat buildup in the liver and arteries which obstructs blood flow to the brain, heart, and kidneys. Methionine helps the digestive system interact with other substances to detoxify harmful agents, and helps prevent brittle hair.
Considered the “Liver Herb”, Milk Thistle contains an active component called silymarin, which is a powerful flavanoid that helps to protect the liver from damaging agents such as alcohol, chemical toxins, poisons, and pollutants. This flavanoid encourages liver cells to regenerate, helps to increase the flow of bile in the liver, thereby helping to keep the liver healthy and strong. Liver health is essential for optimal enzyme production and energy.
Also known as bitter gourd, which is indigenous throughout Central and South America. Momordica is a climbing, smooth, annual vine with yellow flowers. In 1979 Indian biochemists reported great results when extracts were given to animal and human volunteers whereby a substantial lowering of blood sugar levels were observed.
This kelp is from the familiar family of brown seaweed that grows in large beds just below the surface of the water. It draws nutrients only from the sun and water, and when harvested will grow back within only 10 days. Kelp contains almost every mineral and trace mineral needed for human existence, as well as vitamins and amino acids. It contains wonderful radiation protection properties. Being a principle source of iodine, Kelp helps to promote proper thyroid function, provide energy, and helps to burn food so it is not stored as fat. It is helpful to the membranes that surround the brain called sensory nerves, brain tissue, and spinal cord because it promotes needed circulation.
A powerful nutritive, Octacasonal has been shown to help support endurance, brain and nerve activity, and possibly even fertility.
A South American herb used by the Incas, this herb contains strong, adaptogenic properties. It helps to guard against intestinal parasites, build up the immune system, cleanse the blood, as well as helping to improve gastrointestinal utilization of nutrients.
Commonly known as “friendly intestinal bacteria”, these various strains
fortify the intestinal tract, and break down proteins, fats and starches
to make sure these nutrients are absorbed properly. These probiotics manufacture
natural antibiotics that destroy pathogenic (disease causing) bacteria.
Probiotics need to have food to live and thrive on, because the goal is
to make sure they multiply in your system and act as “the army“. Their
preferred food source is FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides).
***PYCNOGENOLÒ (pinebark extract)
A rich source of a bioavailable flavanol: proanthocyanidins, which is found in bark of the Pinus maritina; a pine tree in Southern France. The extraction procedure was patented in 1982 by professor Jacques Masquelier, to help fight the harmful biological effects of free radicals. Pycnogenol® helps to protect brain and nerve tissues, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. Because it is able to bond to collagen; it helps to promote skin elasticity. It is able to cross the blood-brain barrier. It is a water soluble nutrient and is absorbed in about 20 minutes into the bloodstream. The protective effects diminish after about 72 hours, so it should be taken daily for optimal protection.

Beta-carotene yields the most vitamin A which is needed for growth, tissue healing, repair, etc. It is also a very potent antioxidant that helps to protect cell membranes and tissue lining from irritating effects of free radicals (unstable molecules) by neutralizing them. Epidemiological evidence is sufficient to suggest that foods rich in carotene or vitamin A are associated with a reduced risk of cancer (as noted by the National Academy of Sciences).
Vitamin B12: Spirulina is a rich source of B12, providing 2 times more
than that found in the liver. It has been called the “spark plug vitamin”
of the body due to how it aids in cell formation, development, growth,
and longevity. It is needed for proper food absorption,
digestion, protein synthesis, and metabolization of carbohydrates.
B12 contains an essential mineral called cobalt which is needed for healthy
red blood cells and for protection against anemia.
Bilirubin: Spirulina contains a pre-digestive bile in the cellular walls. It combines with lecithin to form liposomes that greatly enhances nutrient absorption by forming a surfectant around the nutrients, which means there is no surface tension around the nutrients so they are more easily absorbed in the mucosa layer of the small intestine.
Chlorophyll: Spirulina is 1.1% chlorophyll which helps to purify the lungs, liver, and colon. It also helps to clean cells and acts as a germicide in the mouth, throat, and stomach. Chlorophyll is known to help detoxify and deodorize the entire gastrointestinal tract.
G.L.A. (gamma-linoleic acid): Spirulina is high in GLA that is an EFA (essential fatty acid the same type of oil in the evening primrose plant). GLA is known to be an anti-inflammatory, helps in the prevention of heart dis-ease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Iron: Spirulina is one of nature’s best natural sources of iron. It is almost 20 times higher than that of other common iron foods. Iron is essential for strong red blood cells and a healthy immune system.
S.O.D. (super oxide dismutase): S.O.D. is a potent antioxidant enzyme that helps to protect cellular integrity from free radical attacks while reducing the rate of cell destruction. S.O.D. also helps to aid the body’s utilization of zinc, copper, and manganese. It is now known that cellular extracts from cultured blue-green algae help to protect human T-cells. These compounds are found within the structures of chloroplast membranes and occur widely in all plants which conduct photosynthesis.
Being 30 times sweeter than sugar but containing no calories, Stevia has been used as a sweetener in Paraguay for over 1500 years! A powerful superfood which contains over 90 minerals, including manganese, calcium, selenium, and many more, Wheat Grass has a greater percent of protein than eggs. It has a molecular structure that closely resembles hemoglobin (oxygen carrying protein of red blood cells) which may be the reason why the chlorophyll it contains is so effective on the human body, by helping it to detoxify and cleanse. Wheat Grass contains no “wheat”, it is the young plant which is used before any “gluten” is formed. Those with wheat allergies have no problem.
This bark is known as “herbal aspirin” because it contains a chemical called “salicin” (which eventually became used by the Bayer Company, they made it into acetylsalicylic acid which is used in Bayer Aspirin).
Wild Yam has many rejuvenating effects. It is a natural source of DHEA, which acts as a balancer for the glandular systems in the body. It is now being researched extensively, and new benefits are being discovered.
This contains steroidal saponins that have been shown helpful in flushing excess fluids out of the system resulting in better flexibility.
Adaptogen: That which helps to boost, balance, and normalize functions in the body.
Bioflavanoids: Sometimes referred to as vitamin P, these help to enhance the absorption of vitamin C. The human body does not produce these so they must be supplied by the diet. They help to promote circulation, stimulate bile production, and act with vitamin C to preserve and protect the structure of capillary blood vessels.
Demulcent: Helps to soothe and relieve internal inflammation.
Emollient: Helps to soothe and soften inflamed tissue.
Free Radicals: A single or group of unstable molecules/atoms that can cause damage to cells that can lead to breakdown and disease. Picture what happens to an apple when you cut it up and leave it out; it turns brown, practically “rusts”. Exposure to the oxygen in the air is what caused this to happen. In a similar way, unstable oxygen molecules in your body are the “free radicals” that cause your unprotected organs to “rust” and breakdown.
Phytochemicals: Literally meaning, “plant chemicals”, phytochemicals are protective food factors derived from a variety of plant sources which have powerful health benefits. Wherever there is plant life, phytochemicals protect plants from enemies in the environment like bacteria, viruses, radiation, and even bugs. Research is now showing that we can benefit from these life-sustaining qualities as well! Plants have been here much longer than man and know much more about survival. Research indicates that phytochemicals can provide protection against different cancers.
Tonic: A product that is strengthening and invigorating.

VITAMIN B2 (Riboflavin) - This water-soluble vitamin helps with energy production. It must be replaced constantly. It is the most common deficiency.
VITAMIN B3 (Niacin) - This water-soluble vitamin is a major player against heart dis-ease. It helps to lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
VITAMIN B6 (Pyridoxine) - This water-soluble vitamin goes through the body in only 8 hours. It is needed for red blood cell production, and cellular growth. It also plays a key role in the immune system and antibody production.
VITAMIN B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - This water-soluble vitamin is known for the energizing capabilities it provides. It is essential for nerve tissue, promotes growth, memory, and regenerates red blood cells.
VITAMIN B15 (Pantothenic Acid) - This water-soluble vitamin helps protect against cardiovascular dis-ease as well as helping with symptoms of arthritis. It helps encourage healing, protects the liver and immune system.
BIOTIN - This water-soluble vitamin is essential for the metabolism of vitamin C, fat, and protein. It helps with healthy hair, skin, and nails.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and has many powerful properties; immune system enhancement, anti-cancer, prevention of blood clots.
VITAMIN D - This is a fat-soluble vitamin that the skin can produce on its own when exposed to direct sunlight. In only 15 minutes a day, your body can manufacture all it needs. It is not very abundant in food, and is stored in the liver for future use.
VITAMIN E - This fat-soluble vitamin is stored in many places; the heart, liver, reproductive organs, fatty tissue, and muscles. It basically works for the nervous system. It is a potent antioxidant, and helps to combat heart disease, by keeping good cholesterol (HDL) high, blood thin, and blood pressure low.
